Caren Williams-Murch is the Senior Project Manager of Land Consultants, Ltd. Caren has 41 years of experience in land development and home building. Having worked in the home building and land development industry in North Carolina, South Carolina, Maryland, Virginia, Florida, California, and now Texas. She has a broad range of experience developing master planned communities. Caren's over thirty-five years’ experience includes managing, entitling and developing over 29 communities encompassing over 13,000 home sites. Additionally, she has considerable experience planning and developing commercial real estate developments including retail, office and multi-family.
Caren is active in numerous industry groups and associations including: The Greater San Marcos Partnership, Home Builders Association of Greater Austin, Real Estate Council of Austin, Central Texas Commercial Association of Realtors, Commercial Brokers Association of Austin.​
